TIM CHAPMAN
Tim Chapman has been President of Western Stevedoring since 1991. Mr. Chapman joined the Company in 1978 and has held the positions of Vice President Terminal Operations, Lynnterm, and Executive Vice President of Western. Prior to joining Western, Mr. Chapman held senior management positions within the Industry. He currently serves as Chairman of the BC Maritime Employers Association and the Vancouver Port Authority Port Advisory Committee. He is past President and Life Member of the BC Wharf Operators Association, Life Member, Missions to Seafarers and past Director of the International Forest Products Transport Association.

BRAD ESHLEMAN
Brad Eshleman was appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration in 1992. Mr. Eshleman is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the Company in 1986, he worked for the accounting firm of KPMG. He serves as a member of the BC Maritime Employers Association Finance Committee and Audit Committee. He is President of the BC Wharf Operators Association, Vice Chair of the Greater Vancouver Gateway Council and Chair of the BC Ports Competitiveness Committee.

KEITH MOGER
Keith Moger was appointed Vice President, Operations, Western Stevedoring in 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moger was Senior Operations Manager for Gearbulk Shipping Vancouver (1992 to 1997), Operations Manager, Brazil (1990 to 1992) and Port Captain, UK (1989 to 1990). He has also spent 20 years as a seafarer (1969 to 1989), the last five of which were as Master of world wide trading vessels. He is past Director of the Waterfront Foremen Employers Association and the BC Maritime Employers Association.

DAVE LUCAS
Dave Lucas joined Western's Lynnterm operations in 1985 and has held a wide variety of positions within this group throughout his career. He was recently promoted to Terminal Manager, Lynnterm following more than 10 years as Dock Superintendent and more recently Assistant Manager, Terminal Operations. Prior to joining Western, Dave completed the Diploma Program in Transportation Management at BCIT and has completed many Industry related courses throughout his career. He represents Western as a member on the Training and Direct Employers Committee of the BC Maritime Employers Association.

PAUL MCKAY
Paul McKay started his waterfront career in 1972, joined Western in 1977 and was appointed Marketing Manager in 1985. Mr. McKay has over 25 years industry experience including extensive knowledge and background in operations, marketing and contract administration. Prior to his current position, he held various positions in both the terminal and stevedoring sectors of the Company’s activities.

DAVE DUNBAR
Dave Dunbar joined Western Stevedoring as Controller in 1997. Mr. Dunbar is a Certified General Accountant (1985), holds a Masters of Business Administration and is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI). Prior to joining Western he held a variety of senior finance positions in the Resource Industry.
