LOCATION:

Port of Vancouver, British Columbia.

East Gate @ 15 Mountain Highway, North Vancouver, BC

West Gate @ 95 Brooksbank Avenue, North Vancouver, BC

TERMINAL AREA:

59 hectares (145 acres) with heavy-duty paved area for outside cargo storage.

BERTHING:

Seven berths, 1,516 metres in length (4,974') all concrete, depth alongside 12 - 15 metres (50') at low water.

WAREHOUSE:

Eight warehouses comprising 81,750 square metres (876,000 square feet) designed for storage of forest products, general cargo and steel. The warehouses are serviced by rail trackage and have covered loading aprons for trucks and railcars.

RAIL SERVICES:

Direct service by the Canadian National and interchange with all major railways. Approximately 9 km (5.6 miles) of track providing direct access to warehouse and storage area. A track along the dock face backed by an extensive holding area provides direct transfer-to/from-railcar capabilities. Railcar shunting equipment is available for switching on the site.

HIGHWAY ACCESS:

Trans Canada Highway #1 is minutes away, providing fast turnaround time to the trucking industry.

MAINTENANCE:

On-site maintenance compound for servicing and repairing of all terminal equipment and gear locker for the quick response of vessel and stevedoring gear requirements.

CONTAINERS:

The dock is equipped to accommodate the handling and stuffing/destuffing of containers. Mobile cranes are available upon request; electrical outlets are available for reefer containers.

EQUIPMENT:

Over 200 pieces of specialized equipment with lift truck capacities up to 42,000 kg. (92,000 lb.) and trailer capacities up to 75,000 kg. (165,000 lb.) to meet your cargo handling requirements.
